We ship everywhere in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and practically everywhere else in the world. The following countries currently do not accept packages from Advanced: Azerbaijan, Belarus, British Indian Ocean Territory, Greenland, Honduras, Iceland, Russia, Serbia, Somalia, U.S. Outlying Islands, British Virgin Islands, Qatar, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Israel, Germany, Lithuania, Mexico, and New Zealand, Not sure if we ship to your country? Just email us. Domestic orders typically will deliver within 3-5 business days and International orders will be within 10-14 business days. Having an issue with the order you received? No worries! Unfortunately items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Return Policy

Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. TO be eligible for a return, please make sure that: The product was purchased within the last 14 days. The product is unopened, in its original packaging. You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from advanced.gg. Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping and tracking of the shipment.

International Shipments

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.

Damaged Items

Stuff happens, and if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately.
