Shipping Policy

Processing & Handling

  • Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be processed.

  • During sales, new drops, or holidays, processing may take up to 7–14 business days.

  • Business days are Monday–Friday (EST), excluding major U.S. holidays.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 3–5 business days after processing.

  • International Orders: 10–14 business days after processing (customs may cause delays).

  • You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and most international locations.
We do not ship to the following countries:
Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, British Indian Ocean Territory, Egypt, Greenland, Honduras, Iceland, Russia, Serbia, Somalia, U.S. Outlying Islands, British Virgin Islands, Qatar, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Israel, Germany, Lithuania, Mexico, and New Zealand.

International Orders & Customs

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their country allows the import of our products.

  • Customs duties, tariffs, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If an order is seized by customs, no refund will be issued unless the products are returned to us in their original condition.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for mis-deliveries or packages returned due to incorrect addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us, refunds will be issued only after it arrives back at our warehouse (minus shipping costs).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package appears missing, please contact your local post office first.

  • For damaged or incorrect items, please email info@advanced.gg within 30 days with photos of the product and packaging.
