Returns & Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • To qualify, items must be:

    • Purchased within the last 14 days.

    • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

    • Accompanied by a receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase from Advanced.gg.

  • Products that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping and providing tracking.

Sale & Discounted Items

  • Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or with a discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or return.

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Custom Items

  • All customized or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@advanced.gg within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item(s), packaging, and order details. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming your refund status.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
