Once you get it mixed I recommend the cup they have as it mixes good in that cup even though you look like you ride unicorns but hey it tastes great. I actually feel more "Tuned" In when I drink a cup of this. It is good. It is a fair price and it actually has an effect I like. I don't feel jittery or sick like with power drinks on the market or energy drinks but this is good. I feel good and it does not effect me when I want to sleep later either. Great all around product I imagine I will be buying lots of this product in for the foreseeable future.
